I’ve resent the same details three times and even attached the whole email trail. Days pass with no reply, then they ask the same questions. Ten days since my last update. The boxes — over 12 kg of pods and still piling up — started to stink in storage. We ended up throwing them out. Felt wasteful and a bit unsafe. Product felt fine initially though; shame about the handling and the back-and-forth.

I found a local zero-waste co‑op that would take the stuff and, better, showed me exactly what they did with it. I hauled a taped-up box over, someone opened it, weighed it, explained the process. No smoke, no mirrors. That honest little encounter calmed me down more than I expected. Still cautious, but relieved to have at least one place that didn’t dodge the question.
