ServiceI had a lot of problems managing my account with this service, eh? I couldn't delete my account and kept getting annoying spam notifications from old posts, which really sucked. I contacted customer support several times, but they couldn't fix anything. I suggest avoiding this service and looking for something with better account management options.

ServiceI've been using software upgrades from this company for over three years now and I gotta say, I'm pretty hooked on them. I use the latest versions almost all the time for my work and they're a game-changer. When I got the upgrade in 2019, I ran into some crashes, but the support team was amazing. They fixed the problem super quickly and their service was top-notch. It really showed me how much they care about their customers and their products. I can't sing their praises enough - this company is the real deal when it comes to customer satisfaction.

ServiceThe customer service here sucks. If you have a question, good luck getting a prompt reply - you might wait a day or two. And when they finally respond, it's not that helpful or tailored to you. Just a video link? Disappointed and fed up.

ServiceI've been using Camtasia and Snaggit for about 8 years now and they are amazing! But then my computer crashed. I contacted customer support to try and transfer my account to a new device, but I didn't have all the right information - oops! The support team was incredible, they were quick, clear, and just awesome. Shoutout to Mark for being the real MVP and sorting everything out. Thanks, dude!

ServiceOMG, like I had this mega urgent issue with my video for a TV show and I was totally freaking out, eh! Luckily, the customer service folks were super nice and helpful, eh. They fixed my video real quick and I was able to meet my deadline. I'm so happy right now, can't thank them enough, eh!
