CommunicationThe installation of our home appliances wasn't the greatest because of the annoying scheduling. At first, we thought we could pick a date and time for the installation, but we were let down when the scheduled installer bailed out on us last minute on Thursday. This happened again on Saturday before the installer finally showed up on Sunday. Roman, the installer, did an awesome job once he got here and kept us in the loop the whole time. But the lack of clear communication about the scheduling was a real pain. It would have been easier if the company just gave us a set time instead of getting our hopes up about picking one ourselves.
