Unexpected billing mess
Unexpected billing mess
ServiceI first saw this on a friend's Instagram, told my sister. I cancelled my subscription ages ago, but they kept taking money from my card. Support blamed an email that wasn't mine. I asked for a cancellation and full refund, then radio silence — Carol stopped replying and no ticket number given. Oddly, the course access and video delivery worked fine, and after a public nudge I eventually got a small refund. Still, customer service was patchy.
