Shipito - Reviews and experiences

Oh man, let me tell you about the terrible experience I had with this company. I asked them to put all my stuff together and ship it to Brazil, and they totally messed it up. They sent me the package missing a super important item, like seriously, that's not cool at all. I even paid for express shipping and they still messed it up. Now I have to figure out how to get my missing item and either pay more to send it again or try to get a refund. Total bummer.

Even though the service from this company is great, I was kind of let down by how much the shipping cost. There were lots of options for shipping, but they were all too expensive. It's a bummer because now I probably won't use their services again. But other than that, my experience was pretty good.

The price of £17 for a tracked parcel, with all the warehouse fees included, was fair and similar to what other places charge. Since my package was only a signed CD and pretty light, the cost made sense to me.
