Shipito - Reviews and experiences

When my package finally arrived in Iceland and I went to pick it up, I found that half of the stuff was gone. Shipito had sent me a pic of the contents at first, but it disappeared the next day and they asked me to send it back. The second pic only showed two of the four lights that should have been there. When I opened the package at the post office, it was clear that two lights were missing. Shipito needs to make sure the pics they send to customers are accurate. This was my first time using their service and I was let down by the slow and unreliable experience.

Oh man, let me tell you about the terrible experience I had with this company. I asked them to put all my stuff together and ship it to Brazil, and they totally messed it up. They sent me the package missing a super important item, like seriously, that's not cool at all. I even paid for express shipping and they still messed it up. Now I have to figure out how to get my missing item and either pay more to send it again or try to get a refund. Total bummer.
