Service
after pushing for escalation, SafeStreets’ customer service actually followed up within half an hour and arranged a proper tech visit. The second tech was thorough, didn’t rush, explained what was wrong and tested everything with me. When I finally armed the system and walked out without a false alarm, that’s when I felt satisfied — relaxed even. So I went from sceptical to relieved.
If I had one tip for anyone signing up: double-check the install before the first tech leaves and insist on a follow-up window in writing. Overall a bumpy start but ended up working how it should.
