ServicePoints can be a real pain to deal with, eh? Their website is all jumbled up, their customer service takes forever to get back to you, and their prices are sky-high. I tried using my loyalty points to book a flight, but the whole thing was so aggravating that I just threw in the towel. It feels like they're purposely trying to make it hard for you to use your points. I wouldn't suggest Points to anyone trying to get the most out of their loyalty points.
