I tried reaching out to customer support for help, but I couldn't find a number to call, which added to my frustration. It's worrying that a company managing these important transactions doesn't have an easy way to contact them for customer support. I contacted the airline to ask about the missing points, and they said that points.com handles these transactions. This situation made me question why I chose points.com for loyalty programs, as it seems like they're not reliable and don't offer good customer service when it comes to points. I hope that this feedback encourages the company to improve their service and focus on making customers happy for a better user experience.
