Follow-upMy experience with this company was really disappointing, eh? I bought something and then had trouble getting my points. When I contacted customer service, they admitted their mistake and promised to give me back my points within a week. But, let me tell ya, it was not easy. I had to deal with a ton of frustration just to get my money back, y'know?
