ComplaintsDon't trust this shady company, eh! I asked for a refund four months ago and still haven't gotten it. They just keep making excuses and ignoring the law that says they have to give a refund when asked. I'm gonna report them now. Better to stay away from this company and save yourself the trouble, eh!

ComplaintsI tried to buy some points on their website with my credit card, but I ran into a pretty annoying issue. The purchase got rejected because of some supposed problem with my card, but they still charged me the full amount and I didn't get any points. To make matters worse, I couldn't find any way to get in touch with their support team on the website, so I have no idea how to fix this. This has happened to me twice now with two different credit card purchases, and it's starting to make me think there might be something fishy going on.
