My cat was really sick and I was panicking! I chatted with the vet online and they said to hurry to the emergency room. I was so scared, but they managed to save my cat's life! I was lost and overwhelmed afterwards, but they guided me through everything. I was a wreck, but they were very patient and caring. I will always be grateful for what they did for me and my furry friend.

This vet service has changed a lot since I first signed up. They used to be super helpful, but now they make things more complicated. My bulldog got really sick after taking some meds, and I rushed her to the vet. The vet said it was an emergency and we had to go to the hospital. It was so scary, but I thought I could count on the vet service to help out. Turns out, they wanted all these records and stuff before they would do anything. Like, my dog was dying and they wanted to wait for paperwork. It was so frustrating. In the end, they did pay most of the bill, but it was a headache to deal with.

I signed up for an emergency fund subscription with PAWP when they were a new company. They were reliable at first, fulfilling their promises and providing excellent service to establish their reputation. However, as they grew, I noticed a decline in trust and integrity. They increased my monthly payment from $14 to $19 without telling me, and when I asked for a refund, they said no. This unethical behavior makes me feel deceived and disappointed in their lack of transparency and care for customers. I wouldn't recommend PAWP to others anymore.
