CommunicationI had a really bad experience trying to get help with my insurance from this company. They were impossible to reach when I needed them the most. Their website didn't help at all, and when I tried calling, I couldn't get through to anyone. I was super frustrated because I really needed assistance, and they just weren't there for me. Definitely wouldn't recommend getting insurance from them, such a disappointment!
