ServiceThe service's uptime is really good and the anti-DDoS protection works great. The support team is pretty quick, getting back to me within a day which is fine. But, I was really annoyed that I had to give them my identity papers before I could buy another VPS. I really care about my privacy and staying anonymous, so doing this extra step was irritating. It feels like they're not very flexible in this area, which is too bad. So, even though the service is decent, the strict identity check was a big negative for me.
