I bought hosting from this company recently and I was really let down by the whole experience. The server worked fine, but the customer service was not good. When I needed help resetting my password, the system didn't send me an email, which left me stuck. The support team took forever to get back to me and seemed like they didn't have enough people working. They need to fix this problem right away.

This company is honestly the worst, eh. They don't even deserve a single star, but that's as low as I could go. It's just brutal. You gotta wait about a week for them to get back to you, which is ridiculous. Feels like there's only one guy, Victor, working in their support center. Best advice I can give is to steer clear of this company if you don't wanna waste your time and money. I made the mistake of paying for a whole year in advance, and now I'm stuck dealing with their awful service because they're super strict about refunds. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy, to be honest.

So, I thought I'd try out this company for my VPS hosting, but man, it was a total disaster. Can you believe they actually wiped my server completely clean only a few days after I updated my credit card info? No heads up or anything, just a blank slate. And get this - they tried to say they sent me a warning, but I didn't get it until the day before they hit the delete button. Their communication and service were seriously lacking. I had to rush to rebuild everything from scratch.

Ya know, sometimes when I need help with my cloud services, it's really tough 'cause there's different parts of the company that never seem to sync up. The support team takes forever to get back to me, which isn't great. But hey, on the bright side, the company is massive and has a solid network, so things usually run smoothly once they're up and running. Plus, I have the option to use different Linux stuff if I feel like it, which is pretty awesome.
