Spreadsheet formatting issue
I had a problem copying my bank statement into a new document on your platform. All the columns were stuck on the left side of the page with barely any space between them. So, I had to fix each right-hand column by hand to line them up properly. It was hard to see the characters in each column like that. Can you help me figure out how to fix this formatting issue? Thanks for looking into it.
Word processing software
I really like the word processing software from OfficeSuite. It's super easy to use and just makes sense. It reminds me of those fancy brand names, but it's way more affordable. It does everything I need it to do, no complaints.

I've been using OfficeSuite products for a long time now, mainly for docs, presentations, and opening PDFs. But I ran into a problem with my Personal subscription recently. Even though I was charged $29.99, I can't access the stuff I paid for. Instead, I keep getting asked to start a free trial. It's been really frustrating and disappointing because I just want to use what I've paid for without any issues.
No monthly payment, happy with the product
I love it because I don't have to pay every month like other software, and it works really well!
Important tool for work and home use
Microsoft products are pretty awesome for both work and personal stuff. But man, the prices can be a bit high for us regular folks. It would be so nice if they could lower their prices a bit for those of us just trying to use their stuff for work. If they were more affordable, I think more people would be down to buy them.
Simple text writing tool
It's really easy to use and it has all the same features as Microsoft Word 360. The basic version is good enough for regular folks, no need to get the fancy one.

Genealogy document project - Seow family
As a new customer, I just tried out the photo document conversion feature to turn my old documents into readable PDFs for my genealogy project. It really helped me get everything organized and digitized. My next step is to OCR the Chinese text in the documents so I can edit it easily. I'm really hoping this application will help me get the results I'm looking for.

Eh, this company is honestly great for letting us create documents without breaking the bank. I don't always have a ton of stuff to type up, but it's nice to have the option when I do. It really comes in handy for school projects and all that. I'm glad they make it affordable for families like mine, eh.
