OfficeSuite software
OfficeSuite software
ComplaintsI just bought the OfficeSuite software and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. It does pretty much the same stuff as Microsoft's apps, but it's way easier to use and understand. I haven't run into any bugs yet, and it works perfectly fine with older versions of Microsoft too. However, I'm only giving it four stars right now. See, I've been using the premium version without ads on my phone for years, and it lets me use it on multiple devices. But for some reason, my new tablet isn't being recognized as eligible for full service. It seems like more of a subscription problem than a software issue, but it's still frustrating.

ComplaintsThe OfficeSuite software is really easy to use and has a lot of awesome templates to choose from. I was a bit bummed that it kept trying to get me to use the trial version even though I thought I had the full version already on my laptop. But overall, the software works really well and is super easy for me to make documents and presentations.

ComplaintsI had a problem copying my bank statement into a new document on your platform. All the columns were stuck on the left side of the page with barely any space between them. So, I had to fix each right-hand column by hand to line them up properly. It was hard to see the characters in each column like that. Can you help me figure out how to fix this formatting issue? Thanks for looking into it.

ComplaintsI've been using OfficeSuite products for a long time now, mainly for docs, presentations, and opening PDFs. But I ran into a problem with my Personal subscription recently. Even though I was charged $29.99, I can't access the stuff I paid for. Instead, I keep getting asked to start a free trial. It's been really frustrating and disappointing because I just want to use what I've paid for without any issues.
