Follow-upEnded up with two subscriptions by mistake. Couldn’t cancel one or get a refund, so I was nervous. They merged them into one, so I’ve effectively got 54 months of coverage now. It feels oddly relieving to know I’m covered long-term. Friendly, professional contact. Had worse experiences elsewhere, so this was a pleasant surprise.
