Started using it last Thursday; delivery was late, customer service ignored invoice requests, kinda shrugged, low trust.

By the time I realised it didn’t work, the subscription had already renewed. I’d seen an ad and a colleague actually recommended NordVPN specifically for travel to mainland China, so I signed up and tested it on day one — nothing worked. The app itself looked good and setup was dead easy, which surprised me and made me think it might be okay, but it failed at the one thing I bought it for. I’d meant to cancel inside the 30-day window but life got in the way and I missed it. When I reached out to support right after the renewal they even acknowledged there’d been no real usage on my account, yet stuck to the 30-day rule and refused a refund. That rigid stance is what annoyed me most, more than the product fail. I passed the details and ticket number to the colleague who recommended it; they were as baffled as I was. Not recommended if you need it for China.
