I was so disappointed with the customer service from this online purchase software company. Nowadays, it shouldn't be hard to talk to a real person for help with any issues. But, with this company, it felt like it was impossible. Everything was impersonal and through the system, which left me feeling upset and ignored. I had lots of questions that never got answered because there was no clear way to reach out to someone for help. It was really frustrating, to be honest.

The software I bought has been super helpful for my work. It's so easy to use and gets the job done quickly and accurately. The folks who made the software are awesome, always there to help and really know their stuff. I love that they respond to my questions right away and with all the info I need, making my time with the software even more enjoyable.

Even though I had already bought a different software, Nitro gave me a good discount as a loyal customer, so I decided to return the other one and stick with Nitro. The new version is much better, easier to use, and works really well. Overall, I'm super happy with my upgrade and the support Nitro provided.
