ComplaintsI'm really disappointed with my experience at Nitro. I bought some software and thought I'd get it right away, but that didn't happen. I tried contacting customer service a few times, but just got the runaround and no real solution. It's frustrating to pay for something and not get what I was promised. I wouldn't suggest Nitro to anyone who wants good service for their money.
