CommunicationI just bought some software from this company and it was a pretty good experience. Getting a refund was easy and quick, no problems there. Only thing is, I had some trouble trying to reach them online because I couldn't find a phone number. The software runs fine with Thunderbird, but I'm having some trouble getting it to work with Outlook.

CommunicationI recently updated my software and had some issues with customer service. I had a hard time figuring out how to contact them for help. It was frustrating not knowing how to get assistance. On top of that, I got a promotion to try a new software version, but once the trial ended, I couldn't access my current version anymore. I eventually heard back from a representative who was willing to assist, but it took too long and I needed my software sooner. I ended up paying for an upgrade just to get access again.
