Recently, I decided not to renew my annual subscription with the company because there weren't enough job opportunities that match what I'm interested in and skilled at. Throughout the years, I've noticed a shift in the kinds of jobs they're advertising - more focus on things like brand ambassadors, workshop leaders, and Christmas characters, rather than the acting gigs in theatre and film that I'm into. The emphasis on technical roles like make-up artists and content creators made me even more hesitant to keep subscribing. It would be great if the company could mix things up a bit and cater to a wider range of talents and interests. Right now, I'm not an upgraded member, but I still check out the job listings occasionally just in case there are some changes that would make me want to reconsider renewing my subscription down the road.
