TimingHad a bit of back-and-forth getting the replacement part, which pushed my first workout until almost New Year's — I was hoping to start earlier. Their customer service was actually really helpful and quick to reply, they even threw in a free attachment which was a nice surprise. The build feels solid enough, though QC could be tighter. In the end I'm happy with the purchase; I'd probably pay more for Rogue next time, but not mad about this one. Still recommend it to casual users.
