Servicepay to send it back, or keep it. I kept it. The bench itself is solid, actually surprised by the build. Feels well made. But the way returns were handled left a bad taste. For a fairly big purchase you'd expect a little flexibility. Other sellers would just send a prepaid label. A small fix like that would go a long way toward loyalty. So yeah, great product, clumsy delivery and service. I'll think twice next time.
