I first saw this machine at my buddy’s garage gym — he waved me over like it was some shiny toy. Long story short, I bought the upgraded weight stacks and pulley kit after hesitating for months. Delivery was actually surprisingly smooth — they called, set a midday window, two friendly guys showed up and placed it where I wanted. Customer service helped sort a missing bolt fast, no drama. The unit itself feels solid, like heavy-duty. Took some fiddling, but worth it. Oh and the packaging was decent, not perfect. I’ve told a couple friends already, I’ll probably order from them again.

pay to send it back, or keep it. I kept it. The bench itself is solid, actually surprised by the build. Feels well made. But the way returns were handled left a bad taste. For a fairly big purchase you'd expect a little flexibility. Other sellers would just send a prepaid label. A small fix like that would go a long way toward loyalty. So yeah, great product, clumsy delivery and service. I'll think twice next time.
