CommunicationThe week waiting sucked — cables missing from the box meant I couldn't even try it until the parts arrived in the US. Customer support was hard to reach and when I did get through they couldn't give a clear ETA, so that was annoying. But the minute I had it all set up I knew it was worth the hassle. Started using it right away and kept grinning between sets.
