I've been using this product for a while now and it's been really great! No issues at all. Just make sure to pay attention when you're installing it and read all the screens because you have the option to choose if you want to install extra things or not. Sometimes it's useful, sometimes it's not. But you have the control. I had a question about renewing my subscription and upgrading one of the products. I sent them an email and within 12 hours, they replied and provided me with a new license for a free upgrade! That's fantastic customer service.

So, I made a mistake and ended up ordering the wrong item - classic move by me. I decided to contact Customer Support to try and fix my blunder.
