CommunicationI just bought some software online and got an email explaining how to activate it using my old keys. I've been using this software for a while now on over 5 computers and 3 laptops - it's always done the job and doesn't break the bank. My only issue is that the two-year deal I snagged didn't come with a software upgrade, just a one-year subscription.
License install frustration

CommunicationI picked up a new software program and was really pumped to get it up and running. But, I hit a bit of a snag - the new licenses weren't automatically included in the installation process! I had to rifle through my emails to locate each license one by one, and then manually input them into the software. It was a real headache, taking way more time than expected! I reckon they ought to shoot over all the licenses in a single email after a purchase, that would make everything much smoother. But, don't get me wrong, this little hiccup doesn't change my overall positive opinion of the software - it's still really solid!
