I've been pretty disappointed with this cloud storage service. It keeps messing up when I try to sync my big files on Windows 10. And it's annoying that I can't choose where to save my files. Feels like this service is still a work in progress with lots of bugs to fix. It makes me worry about losing my important files. Plus, the customer support takes forever to help out.

As a new customer, I was first attracted to the good prices of this company, but sadly, my experience hasn't been great. Uploading data has been a real pain with constant sync errors and server problems that prevent me from getting to my files for long periods of time. The support team has been slow to help with my issues, and I'm irritated that there are no direct contact options - I have to use chat or email for everything, no matter how serious the problem is. The PC desktop extension has had a lot of trouble keeping up with sync, so I've had to stick to using the web interface, which has its own issues. It seems like this company is having a hard time handling the growth of their tool and their size, which has made my experience as a customer not so good.

It's really frustrating to see so many errors happening while using this platform. It's been tough to trust it for keeping my files safe. For example, I've had trouble uploading files reliably, so I can't back up my important data. And on top of that, the desktop version hasn't been working properly. I got an error message saying the cloud file provider suddenly stopped, so I couldn't access my files easily. Plus, the files I put on the desktop didn't sync with the online version, even though it said the syncing was done. This lack of functionality has made my experience with the service pretty bad.
