So, as a customer, I gotta say I had a pretty rough encounter with this company lately. I was just checking out their stuff during a sale in February, and I accidentally clicked on a sale option that ended up charging me without me even knowing what I was signing up for. The fact that there wasn't a proper checkout process or order confirmation really got under my skin and made me feel super frustrated and unsure about the company. Even though they refunded me for the mistake, they ended up cutting ties with me out of the blue without giving me any explanation or even saying sorry for the hassle. The lack of communication and professionalism in how they dealt with my concerns was a real letdown. Plus, I also had some issues with their service, like backups not working properly, which just added to my disappointment. All in all, this whole experience left me with a pretty bad impression of the company's abilities and customer service.
