ComplaintsThe first discount was good, eh, but the whole user experience wasn't that great, ya know? The website was a pain to use for uploading stuff, the Windows client was super slow, and they didn't have basic features like browsing photos or searching for backups. The real kicker was that they blocked me as soon as I canceled, even though I already paid for a whole year, eh.

ComplaintsI bought this cloud storage service that said it had unlimited storage, but it ended up being a huge letdown. The app on my computer was so basic, all I could do was change the color of it. Uploading files was a disaster, kept getting errors and I couldn't pick where to save them or which folders to sync. Plus, there were limits on how many files and how big they could be, basically unusable. And there was no customer support and I couldn't even get my money back. Overall, it was terrible and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
