QualityI recently bought a tech service because there was a discount offer that caught my eye. I wanted to see if it was worth it. But after using it for a bit, I realized it's not quite there yet compared to other big players in the market. It's missing some important features that would make the user experience better.<br><br>One big issue I had was the slow uploading speed. It's probably because of the encryption, but it made things frustrating. Also, the way it stores data across different "shards" was confusing and not user-friendly at all.<br><br>On a more positive note, the customer service was really good. They listened to my complaints, and I got a refund pretty quickly. That kind of service is really impressive.
