I remember smiling when they confirmed the subscription cancellation and my laptop sped up; kind of a relief, honestly. Not perfect, but that was the moment I felt satisfied.

I was halfway through the setup when the app refused to run on my new laptop. I bought it two weeks ago and the download and installer looked clean at first — quick, no nonsense — but no dice after install. Customer service asked for details and then went quiet; I chased a few times. In the end the vendor wouldn't refund, so my card company stepped in and reversed the charge. Not ideal, but I'm relieved I didn’t lose the money. Would prefer quicker support next time.
