Communicationthe VPN stopped connecting and dealing with support was a slog. Responses were slow and a few of their automated replies even said my messages were "deleted without being read", which was odd. After more than a month of their ineffective suggestions and a short, dismissive note saying they couldn't do more, I found the fix myself — a VPN app setting needed changing — they never suggested it.
