I bought stuff.

Service

They really don't care, they lie all the time, and they won't lift a finger to help you out. Honestly, don't bother with eBay, it's the absolute worst. It's better to save yourself the headache and steer clear of buying or selling anything on there.

My recent online shopping experience

Service

As a frequent shopper on this online marketplace, I've definitely seen a decrease in the quality of service lately. It feels like they're focusing more on sellers from other countries, especially China, who get paid in USD instead of their own currency. This makes buying stuff more complicated and puts us North American shoppers in a tough spot. And now they've gone and limited the number of bids we can make in a day, which just feels like they're taking away our freedom to shop how we want. It's annoying to see Ebay getting more strict and less about the customers.

About ebay

eBay Inc. is an American multinational e-commerce corporation based in San Jose, California, that facilitates consumer-to-consumer and business-to-consumer sales through its website. Founded by Pierre Omidyar in 1995, eBay was one of the first companies to create and promote an online marketplace accessible to individuals and businesses, allowing them to buy and sell a wide variety of goods and services worldwide. The platform is known for its auctions and direct sales, offering an extensive range of products including electronics, collectibles, fashion, home goods, and vehicles. Over the years, eBay has expanded its services to include online ticket trading via StubHub, classified advertisements through platforms like Gumtree and Kijiji (popular in Canada), and electronic payment services following its former ownership of PayPal (2002-2015). Since its inception, eBay has grown into one of the largest and most notable e-commerce platforms globally, continually adapting to the evolving online shopping and selling landscape.
