Follow-upI've been a customer of eBay for a long time now, and I recently had a really frustrating situation. I listed a product for sale and then bam! My account got permanently suspended. I did everything they asked, but the next day I got an email saying my account was suspended. So I called customer service to find out what was going on, and they said I didn't do anything wrong but couldn't give me any more info about the suspension. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said they were busy and would call me back in 2 hours. But guess what? They never did call me back. I felt totally ignored and so unsatisfied with how they handled everything. No transparency, no resolution. Just bad all around.
