CommunicationI recently had a frustrating experience with eBay that really upset me. I had just set up an account to sell some stuff, but they banned me right away with no good reason. I tried asking customer service why I was banned, but all they said was that I was a risk to the eBay community - no specifics. I get that safety is important, but it was confusing not knowing what I did wrong. It would have been better if they told me exactly what I did, instead of just banning me without any chance to fix it. And on top of that, the customer service people I talked to were rude. One even hung up on me, which is not cool. It makes the whole company look bad.
