ReliabilityI bought Corel 3 a while ago, but now they keep pushing me to upgrade to the newest version. All my customized workspace and tools keep disappearing after a few months of using it. I think I'm just gonna switch over to Illustrator instead.

ReliabilityMy experience with the company was really disappointing, eh? I spent a lot of money on the Particleshop software and extra brushes. But then, when I updated my Mac OS, the program just stopped working completely, eh? Dealing with Customer Service was a real headache, eh? It took weeks for them to reply to my emails. And when they finally did, they told me that the email address I used wasn't even checked anymore, eh? They even said I'd get calls from the tech team, but that never happened, eh?
