CommunicationI just got this software from this company and I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time. The customer service was not great, I couldn't really understand the reps. When I called, I got someone who had trouble speaking English clearly, so it was hard to get my problems sorted out. And when I tried the chat, the person could write in English, but as soon as I asked a important question, they stopped helping me. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I used to really like this program, but now it seems like it's gone downhill.
