ComplaintsI just bought a plan from this company because they said they had a money-back guarantee for 30 days and great customer support. But when I phoned to cancel my service because I wasn't happy and wanted my money back, they said no and accused me of trying to pull a scam. That's totally wrong and not fair at all.

ComplaintsI'm so frustrated with trying to cancel my subscription. I first tried to do it online, but the button disappeared! Now I have to deal with customer service, which has been a nightmare. The chat support couldn't help me because they couldn't access my account. I'm stuck waiting around for who knows how long to get a response. They've been ignoring my messages, and I might get charged for another month. It feels like they're just trying to get more money out of us.
