Halfway in, still glad I bought it
Halfway in, still glad I bought it
Servicea chunk of pages aren’t numbered, so when a bundle slipped off my desk I spent ages trying to reassemble them. I emailed support about it hoping they’d fix the source file — after all, it’s a 162-page guide and leaving pages unnumbered seems like a layout oversight — but the reply was basically, “you’ll have to number them yourself, that’s the design.” Bit disappointing. So, course content and teaching won me over, but customer service didn’t. If you care about pristine course materials and quick fixes from support, keep that in mind. For my money the lessons were worth it and I’ve been using what I learned, but I do hope they tidy up the handbook for future students.
