Halfway in, still glad I bought it

Service

a chunk of pages aren’t numbered, so when a bundle slipped off my desk I spent ages trying to reassemble them. I emailed support about it hoping they’d fix the source file — after all, it’s a 162-page guide and leaving pages unnumbered seems like a layout oversight — but the reply was basically, “you’ll have to number them yourself, that’s the design.” Bit disappointing. So, course content and teaching won me over, but customer service didn’t. If you care about pristine course materials and quick fixes from support, keep that in mind. For my money the lessons were worth it and I’ve been using what I learned, but I do hope they tidy up the handbook for future students.

Straightforward delivery, mixed outcome

the videos are tidy and the lessons are concise. No fluff. I expected a certificate though, and that’s where it got awkward. There was no printable certificate at the end. I tried the support chat the same day. They answered within a business day and were polite, but the answer was basically policy—no certificate included unless you pay extra. Fair enough, but I wish that was upfront. I would have paid more for a validated certificate. Content-wise I recognised a few familiar ideas, so nothing groundbreaking, but it’s useful in parts. I started using the tips right away, practicing short things at home with my kid, and that helped more than I thought it would. Delivery of the course itself was solid. Customer service was efficient, not warm, but efficient. It solved some questions and didn’t make things worse. Overall I’m glad I bought it. Not thrilled about the missing certificate, but grateful it was usable and that support replied in a reasonable time. Practical, but could be clearer on what you actually get.
