BBC Maestro - Reviews and experiences

I paid but can’t actually use most of the course, so I can’t recommend it. I watched a handful of lessons the first morning and thought, nice — clear explanations, good production — then later that day the course vanished from my Maestro account. I use stuff like this on my lunch breaks and in the evenings, so it was frustrating to lose access mid-week. Support has been slow and mostly non-responsive despite multiple emails; my payment went through but nobody has fixed it. The content I did see was unexpectedly good, which makes it worse — feels like a missed opportunity. Still waiting on a proper resolution.
