Communicationthe lessons are actually solid, but customer support might as well be invisible. I signed up a few weeks ago because I wanted a peek before paying. The promised free lesson? Not there. Instead a lot of PR-sounding text, no sample lesson, and I emailed. Crickets. I was annoyed, honestly. Then I went ahead and bought a few recordings — not made for the service, as they warn — and they helped. Took me a little while to figure things out on my own. So yeah, sceptical at first, ended up mostly happy, but fix the support.
