I bought email marketing services from the company and gave them all the info they needed to start. But then, minutes after I paid, my account got shut down. And when I asked for my money back since I didn't get any services, they said no refund.

Yeah, so I've been using this thing for like ten years, eh? Then in the spring of 2023, they go and make changes that totally messed everything up, you know? None of my mailing campaigns were working the way they used to. I tried to complain, but they didn't do anything to fix it. It took me six months to switch to a different bulk email provider. And can you believe it? I still had to pay them every month even though their service was terrible now. I even asked for a discount, but they flat out said no. Finally, when I got everything sorted out and asked them to close my account, they said it would be done in a day. But then a whole week went by and they still charged me for the next month. What a rip-off, eh!

I've been using this service for a while now and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all goes down. The live chat on their site is a game-changer, making it super easy to get help whenever I need it. But I did run into a problem with getting charged for emails I unsubscribed from and having one of my email uploads rejected, which was kind of a letdown. Despite those hiccups, I still think their service is reliable and definitely better than some of the big names out there in the industry.
