ServiceI recently bought some software from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the way they handled things. When I tried to install the software on my laptop, I noticed that there was no way to get a second license, which seemed odd to me. So I contacted customer service to see if I could sort something out, and let me tell you, they were not very helpful at all. They basically brushed me off and said I had to buy another copy of the software at full price. That kind of attitude towards customers just doesn't fly in today's market, you know?
