This software has been a nightmare since day one. It keeps crashing on certain sets of pictures and the latest updates aren't fixing the problem. It's been so frustrating. Every time I try to edit a photo, my external hard drive keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, causing chaos and risking the loss of important data that I can't back up because of its size. When I tried to reinstall Windows, it just added to the headache. The program kept saying I had too many registered machines and told me to buy a new version each time. The company's response to all these issues was basically to buy the new version or just put up with slow performance and annoying messages. Honestly, it feels like a total scam.

I recently bought this photo editing software and boy, oh boy, what a bust! Can you believe that after dropping a good chunk of change on this thing, it turns out it doesn't even work on my operating system and crashes like nobody's business? I tried reaching out to customer service for some help or maybe an upgrade, but all I got back was a bunch of unhelpful and dismissive replies. Talk about frustrating! You expect a product to at least do the basics, right? Well, this one fell flat. In the end, dealing with this software and their customer service has been a major letdown.
