Oh, I wouldn't recommend this software at all. It's a total bust - save yourself the trouble and cash! It's super glitchy and the customer service is just the worst. They keep on sending emails, even when you ask them nicely to knock it off. Plus, when you have a problem, they just push you to fork out more money for an upgrade. Such a rip-off!

So, I was just chilling when out of nowhere I started getting these spam emails from some random company. Like, I don't even use their services, so why are they bombarding me with this nonsense? They've lost any chance of me becoming a customer now, even if their products seemed interesting before. Businesses like this that spam folks need to be called out. Definitely giving them a one-star rating!

I just bought the software update to work with Nikon Z6II files and I'm really bummed out about how little help and info I've gotten from the company. It's been 2 months since I got the update, and I still can't even open any files from my new camera. I've tried contacting them multiple times but haven't gotten any clear answers on when they'll fix this problem. It's so annoying because I had no problems using the software with my old camera, the Nikon D850. Overall, the lack of support for the Nikon Z6II has been super disappointing and frustrating.
