ReliabilityThe workout programs they offer are fine, but the super high-energy vibe can be a bit overwhelming for me. Plus, canceling my subscription was a total nightmare. They kept charging me even after I thought I had canceled.

ReliabilityI had to cancel my subscription with that company because I found a better app for my workouts. Even though I cancelled it two months ago and made sure I couldn't access it, they tried charging me for an annual subscription this morning. I got in touch with them right away and they fixed it by reversing the charges. It seems like they might be trying to sneak in charges on people who aren't paying close attention to their money. This sketchy move has definitely turned me off, and I won't be telling anyone to use that app from now on.
