The stuff in the box is really good quality and my puppy just loves it! It's like getting a little Christmas present every month when the box shows up. The training guides are also really handy for someone like me who's new to having a puppy. The customer service folks are always so nice and helpful whenever I need something. The prices are fair for what you get, and the delivery is always right on time. No complaints there at all.
